It was generated from ArcGIS Pro. I am still relatively new to Python (Pandas, numpy, etc.) although I am more familar with SAS and R.</P><P>I have attached a zip archive with a Jupyter Notebook and a geodatabase with the input feature class. Note: I can get this to work if I convert the OD feature class (ODLines2) to a shapefile.
