Apologies to everyone, I'm trying to work out what the hell I'm doing with this new site.

This is a test message, I want to see how one marks it as answered!

Can someone reply to this so I can see what I need to do next, I'll report it back to everyone!

A big green star and an Actions drop appears in your reply as shown below:

Looks like I can mark a reply as helpful and/or a solution. Now I've replied my message is offering up the green star. Finally when I go up a level to see all discussions a bubble goes green to tell everyone this is a discussion with a solution.
