( single or &lt;STRONG&gt;overlay of maps&lt;/STRONG&gt; ). The output should be in a Windows form/GUI(C#, .NET) or a Java GUI. I should be able to draw on the map markers on specific positions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
