Why is the identify widget not available?

I understand there is an "Identify" widget available to add to webapps but I'm not finding it to add in the list of widgets available. I feel like I'm missing something simple but i have been at it for a while and not been able to figure it out. Could someone help point me in the right direction please.

The widget Joe refers to is for the Web AppBuilder developer edition, that is, not the pure ArcGIS Online version. Is that what you are using? If so, you may want to take a look a my blog /blogs/myAlaskaGIS/2016/03/09/web-appbuilder-developer-edition-customization-resource-list for a list of many of the custom widgets available.
