topic Changing Spatial Reference in Developers Questions

I am on v100.1. I have a map loaded with wmtsService and has a WKID of 4326. I have features that needs to work across different maps, they were all previously working on v10 with the WKID 3414, now we are forced to load couple of the maps via wmtsservice and has a different spatial reference from the rest.

Instead of of performing a test and conversion at every feature call, I am thinking whether there is a way to change a loaded map's spatial reference. eg, I need graphics and map position/zoom to maintain when switching between the different maps, some of these features even involve server calls, that's why I'm trying to figure out a path of least pain.

TL;DR: Advice please? Is there a way to change a loaded map's spatial reference?
