idea Ability to run, save, load queries in Roads & Hwys - RCE in Developers Ideas

ArcGIS Server - Roads & Highways Extension - Roadway Characteristics Editor (RCE) enhancement request. The ability to build a compound query across multiple layers, run the query, save the query, and load the query at a future point in time is a needed enhancement in RCE. All DOT's will need this ability, which is inherently present in ArcGIS Desktop and very useful in Roads & Highways Desktop. The ability to build, run, save, and load a query could be present in a manner similar to attribute sets where global attribute sets can be created that are available to everyone, and local attribute sets can be compiled and persisted for the individual user. Portions of this functionality already exist in sample ArcGIS Online web app samples (https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/jssamples/query_deferred_list.html). Request based on experience with 10.2.2 patch 1 and earlier versions.
