    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;I would like to have the same abilities to style text in ArcGIS Desktop labels and text boxes, including margins and padding, column/row alignment, background colors and images, shadow effects, indentation, etc. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to define a stylesheet somewhere in the document properties, or the layer's label properties, add the appropriate markup to the text label, and then have access to any of the stylizing available in CSS3.&amp;nbsp;
