What do you want to delineate?

Why does it have to be DL?

There are many surface parameters that can be used to delineate features? eg surface curvature types can assist in delineating potential landslide areas.

Also, hi res lidar can detect a rock, no need for deep learning there

Is it possible to use a DTM raster to delineate feature boundaries using Deep Learning in ArcGIS Pro 3.4?

Hi Dan, just trying to see if a DTM would be helpful in delineate wetlands. Deep Learning because it can automate the process.

I would have a look at image classification

Overview of image classification—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

terrain isn't necessarily an indicator of a wetland complex since wetland scale is highly variable and not necessarily contiguous.
