      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have been trying to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;import xml files and then export them to shp format. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; Unfortunately, there have been occurred the following error message: " This dataset apperas to be invalid. Please verify that your settings or file contents are correct, and try again".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have checked them and I do not notice any mistakes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you pleae help me to solve this problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ma�?gosia&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just did a quick test on your data. The XML failed to import, throwing error. Seems that ArcGIS doesn't detect the content in your xml. I believe your xml is not an ESRI XML Worspace document.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
