Prevent Chart Overlap for Feature?

Hello,

I am trying to display multiple projects in one location but I need to be able to see each individual point. I don't want to go through and manually change the lat/long for each one. Is there an option in ArcMap 10 that prevents features from overlapping automatically? I know there is an option like this if you display them as charts (the chart then has a leader that points back to the coordinate location).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You can have a look of the Disperse Markers tool (ArcInfo license; using cartographic representations):
http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisdesktop/10.0/help/index.html#/Disperse_Markers/00700000002n000000/

Apparently I don't have to licence for that tool, although it would be very handy.
