topic Parcel Fabric: Local government models in Data Management Questions

Hi,

We planning to parcel fabrics, but we also want to create custom local government model. The problem is, that it seems ArcGIs do not give such possibility - in ArcObjects I unable to find that.
The reason for custom model is that, we need different workflows, also different parcel types are needed, etc... When in ArcMap you enabling local government model, then you have combo there, but it seems ArcObjects do not give possibility to add more models.
Maybe I missing something and such possibility exists?
Another important thing is class extensions, it seems that class extensions are not possible for system fabric classes. Alternative is to use Edit events in ArcMap only?
