I have tried in ArcCatalog by going to the dataset properties &gt; Edit by the spatial reference section and cleared the projection before applying, but it just goes back to its stinkin' ol' projection. This is making georeferencing sort of impossible.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>I have also tried to use Project Raster in ArcMap, but it doesn't seem to change it at all either. If so, use an Explorer window to browse to the grid. Within the GRID directory, there should be a prj.adf file.
