Hello,
I am currently in ArcMap 9.3.1 ArcEditor and new to parcel mapping for my county property appraiser. I've got 17 yrs worth of Arcinfo experiance but need some information/suggestions on where or how i can get some good control points to begin filling in the city data and to correct the rest of the county. I will be moving up to ArcMap 10 in a few weeks, (i have previous experiance in 10 and love it)and hope to get some training in parcel mapping in the coming months. I worked previously for a water mgt district and dealt with surveys but not with deeds on this scale. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

thank you.
