I'm taking that as only the owner of the version.

After upgrading from SDE 10.0 to 10.2 in dev, I have a chance to review my old config.

Do people who use a QA version set that version to Public? And if so, how do you encourage your users to create their own version from the QA version, rather than just make edits in the QA version? I know that creating versions below a public version helps with potential conflicts, but as a sde admin I can't force my users to create their own versions under an existing public version. A public version is free game.
