Hi

I'm using ArcGIS Desktop 10.0 and try to add a NITF image with python script in a Catalog Raster.
My sample is ns3361c.nsf from http://www.gwg.nga.mil/ntb/baseline/software/testfile/Nitfv2_1/scen_2_1.html .
But when I check the spatial reference , ArcGIS Desktop tells me that there is no spatial reference.
I could display the image in the dataframe (but without spatial reference) which contains 4 subdataset.

gdalinfo.exe tells me that this image has WGS84 as a spatial reference.

How could I obtain the spatial reference of my image with arcgis desktop ? Do I need to install a specific plug-in ?

xavier
