add data to enterprise geodatabase

I installed and configured PostgreSQL

perform the settings in this link

My problem is I can not upload feature class

I have a file geodatabase stored locally on my pc

and I want to load this data into the enterprise geodatabase

and export the data to the connection to geodtabase but no success

the error message is as follows
