topic Raster Calculator Problem in Data Management Questions

In Raster Calculator, if a raster is to be divided by another raster, they must be the same cell size. I have found that if the numerator is greater than the denominator, it fails. Is there a solution? I tried reducing the cell size of the numerator to the cell size of the denominator through rasterization of the original vector, but it is excessively slow. When I try the Resample tool with the rasters I created, I just get useless squares that do not cover the whole extent. Is there a better way to solve this problem?
