      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a page layout that contains a single data frame showing a portion of my map.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to pan and zoom within the data frame in layout view?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
