What I want to do is set the scale at which the base raster is displayed. So lets say I want the base raster to be displayed at 1:12000. If I use the formula provided in the help (Cell Size = Scale x 0.0254/96), I get an answer of 3.175. Converting this cell size to feet I get a cell value of 10.416667. Now I am assuming that this is the value I would place in the MaxPS column beacuse "maximum cell size defines the upper limit of the image".
