      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;hello every one&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;before in ArcGIS 9.1 when i create new feature dataset, i can set the XY domain values&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;but now in 9.3.1 i can't set XY domain to new feature dataset.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;any comment for this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
