      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a polygon feature class of timber harvests where harvest polygons can overlap.&amp;nbsp; Each polygon is attributed with an end date.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to ensure that the newer polygons always sit above the older ones?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
