In the project tool, the Geographic Transformation option is required to be choosen however i do know which option i should use to do this projection correct.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To choose the best suitable transformation, refer to geographic_transformation.pdf document which is localized in ArcGIS instalation directory in Documentation subfolder.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On page 14 there're ED_1950_To_WGS_1984_... transformation listed with the area of use. Choose the one which cooresponds to your data localization. (ED_1950_To_WGS_1984_1 has the widest range of use.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it's still hard to determine which transformation to chose, you may try to find it by coordinates - the documents with coordinate ranges are available at Knowledge Base article &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://support.esri.com/en/knowledgebase/techarticles/detail/21327"&gt;21327 - Select the correct geographic (datum) transformation when projecting between datums&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
