Arcsde service stratred and then stopped

When i am installing ArcSDE 10.1 with oracle 11g R2 64 bit i am getting the following error.

"The ArcSDE(esri_sde)" service on local computer is started and then stopped" .

I tried to resolve this issues from all the possible internet resources. But i could not resolve the issue. Here i am using the following softwares

1) Oracle DB- 11g R2 X 64 bit
2) Oracle Client- 11g R2 X 32 bit
3) ArcSDE 10.1

And i have set the port number and other details in the services.sde file and same copied in services file(Windows dir). I have set SDEHOME and ORACLEHOME also. I have attached log file also.

Please provide solution to this.

Please post error messages as text in the body of your message. This is especially true
when the error message is "ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied".

You can provide your own solution by providing the correct "sde" user password
when your create the service (or you can just use Direct Connect and avoid the
hassle).
