Is there a&nbsp;setting in ArcGIS Pro to apply a scale factor to a dwg file. I see the manual tools - Move, Scale, and Rotate on the Georeference tab, but I do not see ability to apply a scale factor to the dwg features - Annotation, Point, Polyline, or Polygon that is available in ArcMap.
