topic Merging polygons in Data Management Questions

Greetings...

First I am old school, I used ArcMap for number of years, but stopped using it for years and volunteered to help so my knowledge is limited. Knowing that.

I have a shapefile with three attribute Team & Model & Clusters. There are 135,000 records, what I want to do is merged the polygon by on cluster but, I was to do it be Team, Model and cluster. So I want everything in Team A/Model1/Cluster1 to me merged, TeamA/Model1/Cluster 2, Team A/Model1/Cluster3 and so on all the way until TeamB/Model30/Cluster28. I am thinking dissolve might be it.

Right now I have Team A & B, 30 Model, and 32 different clusters.

Thanks

Try running a Dissolve with all three attributes as the "Dissolve Fields".
