ArcMap 10.8.2 Creating Local Copy for Editing Issue - Will only create copy for polygon layers

Hello,

I am trying to create a local copy of my utility feature service but it will only create a local copy for the polygon layer and not points and lines. I've had this issue in the past and was unsuccessful at solving the problem. I have the feature service set up so that it is able to be edited and able to sync, and I've gone into the web map and enabled editing for each layer.

ArcMap Version: 10.8.2

Any help would be appreciated.
