Datastore PostgreSQL Errors

Hey All,

Enterprise 11.2

(This is a fresh installation)

After finding a way to access the PostgreSQL database, I've began looking through (view only) and attempting to find where the system has bugged out. When reviewing the PostgreSQL logs, I find these here:

I really have no idea what is wrong with most of these, there are multiple indexes that are completely missing, but most are there:

Any ideas on what I could do from here, or anything I could check out to see what is happening?

No change as of yet, attempted another complete uninstallation and reinstallation.

Looks like this is a bug, did a completely separate installation in a test environment not connected to our current one, and it still does not work. Here's what I'm seeing:

Guess there is nothing to do at this point other than report it as a bug.
