Issue extracting data from a raster layer based on a shapefile

Hi,

I am using ArcGIS Pro, and I am having trouble extracting data from a layer. I have a layer of epidemiological data across Africa, containing one variable. The bands of the layer represent months, 1-12.

I need to extract the values (min, max, mean, std) for this variable from a shapefile (a study site). I so far followed the following steps:

1) Composite bands

2) Extract by Mask

This produces a raster layer based on the shapefile of the study site. But I am struggling to next extract the values (as defined above) to produce a table of those values for each band (month). I just want all of the pixels within the Extract layer combined and averaged, so I can analyse the resulting data within excel. Can anybody help me please?

Maybe Zonal Statistics will do what you want?
