I have used living atlas for layer and I had Florida county shape file. But I also need to create a bubble or a heat map based on distinct count of user id that our agency has by county. The goal is to check the affected employees during a disaster and send help. I have a SQL table with employee details. Now I need to pull that SQL table to ArcGIS and aggregate distinct count of user id by county for the heat map. I need be connected to the SQL database as the number of employee will increase or decrease over time.
