Need to Update database as per site status

Hi everyone,

I am doing drainage network system update in GIS database.

For that, I need to collect asset status form site as operational or not (visual inspection only), with some photos

To complete this task, currently working like

I have 1000 of assets, this way won't be workout.

Looking for a better idea, like collector app or some other suggestions.

Google map location accuracy is not high, suggest me some device (should be cheaper) or other options.

Type of Assets Pipe, Manhole & Gully
