topic convert EPSG:3857 to EPSG:4326 in Data Management Questions

Hello, I have a raster in WGS 1984 Web Mercator (auxiliary sphere) - EPSG:3857 that we need to put on a map on a web page, however the web developer is having trouble because we don't have lat/lon coordinates. EPSG:4326, I suppose, needs that. My original raster has a cell size of 60m. How do I project a raster into WGS 1984 (EPSG:4326) and what cell size do I need to provide that is similar to 60 m?
