import replica xml file error

I am using ArcGIS pro 2.9.

I could export and import a dataset with XML workspace document.

I could create a replica as XML file successfully, but I couldn't import replica XML file to a file or an enterprise geodatabase, and got the following error.

Any help will be appreciated.

Did some more tests, it could successfully import replica xml file which created with ' Replica Access Type : Simple', but not ' Replica Access Type : Full'.
