I have inputted the TIFF files into ArcMap 10 and can read and interpret those files no problem, however I now need to find a way to extract individual pixel data values in order to establish parameters at specific coordinates.<BR /><BR />I am aware that this should be possible in R, however I am unsure if such a package to extract data from a TIFF or netCDF file already exists. I would so hope so as I don’t really want to reinvent the wheel if a programme already exists for such a purpose.
