Atlas GIS converter?

Hi, Does anyone still have a copy of the 'Atlas Geo File to ESRI Shapefile Translator' utility that they could share? I'd like to convert some ancient Atlas GIS files to shapefile format, but the link for the Translator (at https://support.esri.com/en/download/513) no longer works.

The download problem may be an issue with Chrome, we are working to remedy that.
