Whenever I attempt this, it fails and gives these messages:</P><P></P><P><STRONG>Object reference not set to an instance of an object.</STRONG></P><P><STRONG>&nbsp;at ESRI.ArcGIS.OSM.GeoProcessing.OSMGPFileLoader.Execute(IArray paramvalues, ITrackCancel TrackCancel, IGPEnvironmentManager envMgr, IGPMessages message)</STRONG></P><P><STRONG>Failed to execute (OSMGPFileLoader).</STRONG></P><P></P><P>It's successful in counting all of the elements in the OSM file, but fails while preparing the geodatabase.</P><P>Any ideas??
