      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You don't Define a projection unless the projection is unknown.&amp;nbsp; Then if it is unknown... you have to define it to the projection that it is... NOT the one you want.&amp;nbsp; So first, you have to define it correctly, then, you use the Project tool to project it into the coordinate system you want.&amp;nbsp; In your case, you defined it as something that it isn't, so define it properly, then project it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
