I haven't experienced what you describe, but I'm curious as to why you have move edits to base enabled. I've always avoided that in a versioned database.

I am using attribute rules to create a unique ID from a sequence table in an enterprise geodatabase. When the feature is created in ArcGIS Pro 2.6.3, I am unable to save edits in a versioned geodatabase where the option to move edits to base is enabled. The message "Save edits failed for one or more workspaces. To proceed, you will need to discard the remaining unsaved edits from the Edit tab. No additional edits can be made to these workspaces."

We were able to successfully deploy editing with this setting and create features this way before with multiple editors but am not sure what has changed from then and now.

I found this technical article which mentions BUG-000082521 but am not sure if it applies here.

Is anyone experiencing this?
