All of my labeling settings are turned off and yet these text boxes turn on and off with the feature class. I can delete them,but I want to remove them all and know whats going on. I looked at the F.C. in Arc Catalog and there are no attachments. I looked into it being a function of feature linked annotation, but cannot fin any joins or relates for that feature class. Nor is there an annotation table in the GB. Any thoughts?
