Canadian Locator Styles

We are building custom locators for Canadian addresses (with ArcGIS 10.0). Currently, there are only US styles available to build off of (see similar thread about Australia). However, there are Esri locators for Canadian addresses in the TA_Address_NA_10, e.g. CAN_Streets, etc.

Are there style files available for those Canadian locators? Or are the actual locator files (i.e.. *.loc.xml files) available? Alternately, has anyone created Canadian locators that would like to share them? Any of these would be of great help for us, especially given the sparse documentation around customizing locators.

You might want to run a quick search in the geocoding forum using 'CANADA' as a key word. There have been several discussions on this subject in the past.

Do you have any luck finding Canadian locator style file? I am doing something similar and could not find the Canadian address locator style files. Any leads will be greatly appreciated!
