Red and yellow color in mxdperfstat

Hi all,

I explored the meaning of red and yellow colors in mxdperfstat report, the following results were found:

red color= large number of vertices on features.

yellow color= labeling of dense features expensive.

Any suggestions or recommendations to to reduce the number of vertices with out needing to redraw the features?

Any suggestions or recommendations to to reduce the expenses for labeling?
