      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Elvin,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;From "File Menu &amp;gt; Export Map" you can export maps with world files by checking the "Write World File" box for the following file types:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;BMP, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, GIF&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please be aware that you can only export maps with world files while in Data View.&amp;nbsp; Maps exported from Layout View do NOT provide this option.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please check out the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisdesktop/10.0/help/index.html#//00sm00000004000000"&gt;Exporting your map&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; help topic for more info on exporting maps to be used as georeferenced raster data.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Elvin,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately, this functionality is not available within ArcGIS Desktop.&amp;nbsp; The following enhancement request has been submitted for this functionality:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;NIM001742: Enhancement Request: Write image export file with world file or GeoTiff when exporting from layout view.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would also suggest that you submit this idea to the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://ideas.arcgis.com/"&gt;ArcGIS Ideas&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; site.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A possible workaround (which isn't that user friendly...) would be to convert your layout elements (legend, title, scale bar, north arrow, etc) to graphics.&amp;nbsp; Copy and paste the graphics from layout view into data view, position them accordingly, and then export the map.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
