I have a .xls table with 40 points. They all have X Y values in meters that originate from a X=0.0, Y=0.0 point. This one origin point (X=0.0, Y=0.0) also has Lat/Long coordinates defined. Can i establish Lat/long coordinates for the other 39 points based on the one defined location point?
