The layers in ArcMap-Arcview (desktop single use) linked to the images.&nbsp; When I use ArcGIS 10(recently switched from 9.3 to 10 ) without any service pack, I can turn on and off layers very fast. When I install service pack 3(or service pack 1), then it becomes extremely slow to turn some layers on and off.&nbsp; The only way I could solve the problem was to uninstall service pack.
