      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yup...I can help with that.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I bet your text is from labels?&amp;nbsp; ExportCAD will create CAD text from geodatabase annotation.&amp;nbsp; So create annotation from your labels and export the resultant annotation feature class, appending to your existing CAD file.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;--Karen&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE class="jive-quote"&gt;Hi, I exported a layer from ArcMap10 to Autocad LT 12, but text is not shown !
