      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Never mind. I found a work-around. I used the Split command in the Editor drop down box to specify my split distance from start for my line. Then I buffered the line, thus making it a polygon, and manually split off the rounded ends of the polygon using the snap to vertex.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
