      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you install SQLExpress and enable it for GDB Storage? If you have installed SQL Express on a server or desktop machine the Named instance would be &amp;lt;computer_you_installed_on&amp;gt;\SQLExpress. You need to make the connection first before you can create a GDB. Also, which tutorial are you following?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
