    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have downloaded climate data from the PRISM website in the .BIL raster format.&amp;nbsp; I am using the tool in ArcGIS 10.1 to extract multiple raster values using point features. The process keeps failing... says the input raster iis an invalid value.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know of any problems using the .bil&amp;nbsp; raster format in ArcGIS??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
