So what I have done is buffer the points, and then use the Polygon to Raster tool to convert. Again I set the cell size using a mask in the Environments field. I am using the Conversion tool, Point to Raster, and converting my points in batches. However, not all of my points are being converted e.g if I orginally had 7 points in a shapefile, only 3 are being displayed as raster cells after conversion.
