However, I'm unable to create a new Geodatabase. The error I get says: "</SPAN><STRONG>Error creating this geodatabase No ArcSDE server license found</STRONG><SPAN>."</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Huh?</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>This machine is running 9.3.1 with an ArcInfo License; I've installed SqlExpress and created personal sde databases without any trouble on other machines with earlier versions of SqlExpress and 9.3 ArcGIS.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>I must be missing something simple, but I'm not finding it in the online help.
