I Enabled Attachments in ArcCatalog. In ArcMap, I start editing, add a point, and attempt to add an attachment using the attachment manager. This is where it fails. I receive the message: "The file failed to load. The file can not be added as an attachment." My question is, why??? What have I missed? From what I can see, I have followed all steps possible...
